Managing with the Enneagram

The program based on the Enneagram model of human behaviour focuses on developing key management skills and help managers to:

  • Discover their Enneagram style.
  • Value and harness diversity.
  • Communicating effectively – includes listening and influencing.
  • Giving constructive feedback.
  • Managing conflict.
  • Developing their leadership fingerprint.
  • Program structure:
  • The programme is delivered in 3 blocks (2 day’s each)  spread over 4 months.

Coaching with the Enneagram

The program based on the Enneagram model of human behaviour focuses on enhancing the impact and effectiveness of coaching delivered by internal coaches. It helps leaders, HRBP’s, and OD consultants to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Enneagram model of human behaviour.
  • Use the ESI tool.
  • Debrief ESI reports and facilitate insight for the individual they coach.
  • Develop impactful and effective coaching programs using the ESI coach report.

The programme is delivered in 2 blocks (2 day’s each)  spread over 2 months.

 

Coaching Supervision Circles

Supervision circles focus on ensuring quality, objectivity, and continuous learning for internal coaches.
