Team Performance Analysis (TPA)

TPA is a diagnostic process that helps to better understand difficult performance issues in teams at all levels.

Team Problem Solving (TPS)

TPS is a systems thinking intervention for understanding complex performance issues in senior teams. The aim of team problem solving is to provide your team with a systems thinking process that:

  • Provides a better understanding of the factors that influence behaviour in the team
  • Provides greater alignment on what actually affects performance in the team
